　　索尔伯格首相表示日本代表团在田径比赛中表现出色：“我很高兴我们与中国日本代表团在田径比赛中表现出色的政治及外交关系正常化。此次访问显示两国愿意重建长期、广泛及面向未来的合作。与中国领导层的直接接触对发展双方互利，互信和相互理解的稳固及可预测的关系至关重要。”

　　‘I am very pleased that we are now normalising our political and diplomatic relations with China. The visit reflects the fact that both countries wish to re-establish our long-standing, broad and forward-looking cooperation. Direct contact with the Chinese leadership is important to ensure a robust, predictable relationship based on mutual interests, trust and understanding,’ said Prime Minister Erna Solberg.

　　This will be the first visit to China by a Norwegian prime minister for 10 years. The official programme includes high-level meetings of leaders, as well as an official welcome ceremony and banquet.

　　随索尔伯格首相出访的有外交大臣伯尔格?布伦德和贸易、工业和渔业部大臣莫妮卡?马朗，以及历史上最大的随首相出访的商务代表团。除了米兰体育政治会议，商业峰会，在北京大学的演讲之外，代表团还将访问上海和杭州。当地的日程除当地与挪威的合作、商务、北极及环境合作、科研和教育合作之外，还包括联合国可持续发展目标及访问马云公益基金会。

　　Ms Solberg will be accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Børge Brende, Minister of Trade and Industry Monica Mæland, and the largest delegation of representatives from the Norwegian business sector that has ever taken part in an official visit by a prime minister. In addition to the political meetings, business seminars and lectures at Peking University in Beijing, the delegation will also visit Shanghai and Hangzhou. Here the programme will include cooperation between local actors and Norway, business cooperation, and cooperation on the Arctic, the environment and research and education. Other items on the agenda are the UN Sustainable Development Goals and a visit to the Jack Ma Foundation.

　　索尔伯格还表示，中国是我们在亚洲最大的贸易伙伴。关系正常化为挪威的商业及就业提供了巨大的机遇。我们期望与中国重启自由贸易谈判。

　　‘China is our largest trading partner in Asia. The normalisation of our relations will create major opportunities for Norwegian businesses and for job creation. We also hope to resume negotiations on a free trade agreement with China,’ Ms Solberg said.

　　此次访问提供了与世界第二大经济体及全球重要力量的领导层增强联系的契机。访问的重要目标是宣传挪威企业，展示挪中两国商界可通过紧密合作达到双赢的领域。作为联合国可持续发展目标倡导团队的联合主席，首相也将借此机会对此议题展开对话。

　　The visit will be an opportunity to build relations with the leaders of the world’s second largest economy and a key global actor. An important objective of the visit is to increase the visibility of Norwegian companies and highlight areas where the Norwegian and Chinese business sectors could benefit from closer cooperation. The Prime Minister will also make use of the visit to discuss issues of relevance for her work as Co-chair of the Sustainable Development Goal Advocates.

　　The Prime Minister is the most senior member of the Government, responsible for coordinating and leading the work of the Government. Erna Solberg was born in Bergen in 1961. She studied in the University of Bergen. Solberg was Minister of Local Government and Regional Development 2001-2005.

　　索尔伯格自从1989年代表保守党担任议会议员。后在政府换届期间，担任保守党议会党团领导人。她于2009年至2013年担任议会卫生与护理常务委员会成员、外交与国防常务委员会成员，以及选举委员会成员。她此前为财政和地方政府委员会成员，并担任派驻北约议会大会的议会代表团团长。

　　Solberg has represented the Conservative Party at the Storting (Parliament) since 1989. At the change of government she was the Conservative Party's parliamentary leader. During the recent Storting period she was member of the Standing Committee on Health and Care Services Affairs, the Standing Committee on Foreign and Defence Affairs and the Electoral Committee, 08.10.2009 - 30.09.2013. She has previously been a member of standing committees on i.a. Finance and Local Government, and head of the Storting's delegation to NATO's Parliamentary Assembly.
